By accessing or using Ampdraft ("the Service"), operated by Amplimit ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Ampdraft is a web-based writing and document management application. The Service allows you to create, edit, organize, and export documents.
3. Accounts
You may register using an email and password, or through third-party authentication providers (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store on the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We do not access, use, or share your content except as necessary to provide the Service to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplimit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
